Food delivery goes offline too often – Careem – rides, food & more Review

Way too often with a few drops of rain food delivery goes completely offline for hours on end in Dubai. All the while other delivery services are running. Such poor service and a complete disservice especially to your Careem plus members. You guys need to get more drivers and get more organized as your reputation is taking a hit. Also I’m forced to write this as a review because there is no feedback system in the app!!!!
