Good all around information and goal setting – Zero: Fasting & Health Tracker Review

Even the free app was great but I up graded to purchase and with it all even better. The explanations given are easy to listen to plus short and full of reminders and direction. I have fasted off and in for many years but this group is professional and interesting. They have done there work. So I am happy to give them my vote with a purchase.
