Why won’t they take my coupon – My Bath & Body Works | My B&BW Review

I use to live in California then moved to Knoxville Tennessee I do my normal things shop pull up my coupons and they tell me they can’t take it because it doesn’t work in the state of Tennessee so is this app state wide or only works online and not in stores. Feels like that’s not right because if I’m in the store I want my points or use my coupons to work there too not in certain places.
