Doesn’t even let me login – Apple Music for Artists Review

The app says my Apple ID is incorrect. Nope, triple checked, signed in online no problem. Tried to reset my password using my iPhone passcode and it says THAT is incorrect. Absolutely not, triple checked again. Worthless app if you can’t even sign in.
