I can’t log in

I can’t even log in. I’ve tapped on apple id and password so many times. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it. I turned off my wifi, and turned off my phone. Idk what to do. Someone help please!
Where is the real time sells report?

In order for this app to be agreeable amongst artists and streaming companies there has to be transparency between the two. It is awesome that artists can see how many listeners and online streams we’ve received but it is much more important for artists to see how many sells we’ve received in any time period in real time. This will especially help artists that are paying money for marketing purposes. In other words, show the sells report in real time so the artists and or record labels know if their marketing dollars are working properly.

As an artist, this is a pretty good app. One thing that I would love for them to add is the ability to add/edit your artist bio. I know Spotify for Artists has this feature and I would love for Apple to incorporate this feature into this app as well.
Absolute garbage

Need to use this app to claim an artist account because the web system is broken or otherwise non-functional. Now I’m stuck before even being able to log in. Sign in fine, verify email fine, once I enter my credit card CVV for verification, app gets stuck. If I enter incorrect CVV, it says it’s incorrect. If I enter it correct, it shows a spinner for a while and then stops, not progressing further. Pure Apple garbage!

The lack of direct information leaves a lot to be longed for. It feels like I’m being told a gang truth of some sorts. Hopefully apple can learn how not to be so vague. In depth information is what artists need. Not just general song plays.
It keeps crashing

The app keeps crashing and it’s nothing like the website and even the website crashes as well. But at least I can how many streams and how many people follow me with the I can barely do a thing it just gives me updates and that’s not fun at all.

Really garbage UI. Slow and doesn’t give you much information. Won’t let me upload a photo (the desktop website won’t either) Can’t see upcoming releases.
