Unreliable app – Burner: Second Phone Number Review

In the last few months I’ve used the app, twice the app accused me of not paying. The first time it said I ran out of minutes and the second time it said my subscription had lapsed. Both notifications were untrue because my subscription is always up to date (automatic withdrawal). The worst thing is, once they fix it, they ask you to delete the app and then reinstall it. And that’s when it becomes a real pain. The app wants you confirm identity, promises to text you a code and never does, and then it tells you you’ve reached the limit of attempts. You email customer support for an umpteenth time, and there’s silence. Will be looking for a different provider.
