Poor app – Labcorp | Patient Review

I get berated by Brittany the service rep because I put in my middle initial as requested INSTEAD of my whole middle NAME— M.I. Is requesting an INITIAL!!!! NOT a Name!! It asked for so much detail information...then, I can’t get test results because of the APPs inefficiency to acknowledge current information?????!!!!!! It doesn’t match... FIX your APP I bet if you wanted money, you’d get off your —-/;() and contact ME
