Horrible – Wayfair – Shop All Things Home Review

I have never dealt with more unprofessional customer service in my life. I spent $600 for my items to be late, not come at all, and to be belittled by a supervisor and a representative. When speaking to the representative and the sup they told me there was nothing Wayfair could do to cancel the order and or get my money back. Even though I never received my items. UPS didn’t even check those items in from the person that was distributing the furniture. I understand things happen but when it’s to the point where you are being belittled, Kelly one of the sups that I was speaking with hung up the phone on me and canceled my order without even telling me, and not helped when you are spending your hard earned money at this business. It’s upsetting and ridiculous. I am never shopping from here ever again. And next time someone mentions Wayfair, I can’t wait to tell them my horrible experience. Can’t wait to buy my furniture from IKEA! Where I will be taken care of and respected!
