Review Update – PNP – Portable North Pole™ Review

After being persistent and getting no assistance for two weeks from the company, I finally received the appropriate level of support and they were able to recover and restore my purchase of the Ultimate pass. For this reason, I am upgrading my rating from one star to four stars simply because of the hassle that I still had to go through in order to get this resolved. I had to reach out to them through iTunes, Twitter, and also contacted their support team vis email for two weeks. It should not take this much work. Original Review: This app did not save my purchases or allow me to restore them if I delete/reinstall the app on the same or on a new device. I have reached out to the company with proof of the issue and they are not willing to help at all on their end. They won’t admit there is an issue and simply direct me to iTunes without even apologizing for the hassle. I purchased their $39.99 Ultimate pass a year ago so I can’t even apply for a refund through iTunes. This is a Christmas holiday app so I don’t have a reason to access it every month. However, the Ultimate Pass promotes access to premium holiday video templates for 10 years!!
