Review of 1st time order on line – My Bath & Body Works | My B&BW Review

Love the online feature but was unable to use my reward of $10 off a $30 dollar offer!! Then had to put my order in twice before I got to checkout???? How do I get my $10 reward applied to this order, if I can’t, can I use it in the store?
