Charged multiple times for 1 magazine – Love of Knitting Magazine Review

Just Luv "Love of Knitting" but today was the last straw with this app. My Bank accounts been charged for the 4th maybe 5th time for the same Spring 2013 issue & it's so random its bizarre. So now to figure out who to write to & how to get reimbursed!!! Ugh
