This app have problems with notifications and page loading – Word of the Day・English Vocab Review

I recently purchased the premium subscription but got very disappointed after I notice that notifications do not appear properly even after all buttons checked and set up in general settings. When I am trying to check popular words the page doesn’t load and the whole app freezes. Dear developers please fix this issues since it’s getting very frustrating to deal with this all the time. Thank you
