Not working – Sumpple IPCam Review

I’ve had this camera for a couple years, now the, now the App isn’t working.When I try logging into App it’s giving me an error “unknown error 1003.” Gave me the same error when I clicked “forgot password.” Before I logged out it said my camera was connected but no picture. Can’t find their website to contact customer support.
