Sumpple is a smart IP camera, it's obviously more user friendly than traditional industrial camera. It's super easy to set up, the entertaining operation or mechanical Pan/Tilt control have never been such a fun, enjoy!

Camera works fine but the app changes/ update were better before. I have to swipe to scan landscape, before you could click a button and it went itself and stopped if you hit it again. Bring this option back plz. Now I have to keep swiping and sometimes do to many.

I’ve had this camera for a couple years, now the, now the App isn’t working.When I try logging into App it’s giving me an error “unknown error 1003.” Gave me the same error when I clicked “forgot password.” Before I logged out it said my camera was connected but no picture. Can’t find their website to contact customer support.
What happened to this app.

This app was working great up until a few weeks ago. Now it’s useless. I contacted Sumpple and we were working to get this working again but then they quit contacting me so now I have 2 worthless cameras. I even let them know that others were having the same problem but still no contact.
Cameras keep disappearing!
Deleted emails re-appear
App worked great for quite awhile, however now all four cameras have disappeared from app. I’ve tried logging out & logging back in & I’ve also tried reloading the app & logging back in. App declines login & reflects that I’m entering wrong log in email and/or password. Had to do same process about week ago & the email & password worked for me then! This is now useless!
Couldn’t get it set up

Got the camera set up. Downloaded the app. Got to the point in set-up where it wants to scan the QR code. The problem is, there is no button to push to tell it to take a picture when I can see it is in focus. And it doesn’t appear to be able to do it independently of my assistance. After holding the camera up with the QR code in focus in the box for about 5 minutes, my fingers were ready to drop off from freezing and I had to give it up. I’m not on the lookout for another app that will work. So far the apps I’ve tried are not familiar with Sumpple and if I try to use the alt name of Apexis, they don’t have the model number of my camera in their database. Not real happy right now.

I think it works pretty well, haven't had any issues after the last update. My only gripe is that the camera presets page defaults to "set". I'm constantly accidentally setting my camera looks when I mean to get.

great cam quality, poor app use... everytime i go into the app and attempt to flip or invert the cameras view the app shuts off and kicks me out?

Doesn't allow remote viewing or any way to set up ip address. Buy a different camera this is junk.
