Good idea, TONS of glitches – SimplyE Review

I loved this app throughout the pandemic. Recently however, the app would not let me listen to my ebooks after I read midway through. It keeps on saying that the books are not downloaded yet and forces me to read the books in one sitting or else I’ll have to return them and join the waitlist all over again to check them out. Please fix the bugs!!!
