Good…. When it works – Passport Parking Review

When it works, this app is convenient. However, more often than not, it will continually say “network error” when I attempt to pay for my session. Support has not been helpful. A lot of the meter spots in my location don’t have the option to pay with coins, and passport is the only way. Very worried that I will get a parking ticket when the app doesn’t work. There is no option to report an issue in the app.
