Miserly Apple SCAM - Credit Card Required – iMovie Review

Apple advertised in print the new iPad included a “Free 1 Year” access to Apple’s iMovie channel with every iPad purchased. That’s nice; but they neglected to say up front that in order to take advantage of this “Free” iMovie offer you must provide Apple with a credit card to register-subscribe to their fake so-called “Free” iMovie. I tried to register, like 10 times, but Apple’s online system would not accept my registration nor give me a reason as to why my application was not processing. I became very frustrated and wondered what is wrong with this new iPad. Maybe I need to return this iPad and get a replacement. After all, I’d paid for Apple’s 2nd year warranty extension. Hidden deep within Apple’s terms and conditions is a short sentence stating a credit card is required. No where was this requirement included in Apple’s advertise. I don’t and have never used credit cards; I have money and a ATM/Point of Purchase card which I used to purchase the iPad retail. Apple is statically counting on you forgetting to unsubscribe before the 365 day so-called Free trial ends, so Apple can automatically charge you a fee; a dishonest miserly Apple SCAM. Shame on Apple.
