HCXAXA – JetBlue - Book & manage trips Review

I recently travelled from Jamaica I did my check in online here , but there was an authorization form that was supposed to be done but I wasn’t aware and one of your agents in Jamaica assisted me by using her phone because mine wasn’t working on the WiFi she took control and did the necessary and check me in which I find very helpful and I have never experience this type of treatment before, I forget her name I just want to say thanks, wish I had taken her email so I could reward her
