Booking doesn’t work

Every time I have to book a flight the app doesn’t work and I have to wait 1.5 hours to speak to a rep while the price goes up

I can’t actually manage my bookings, access any information, or really do much of anything I’m supposed to be able to do except add my boarding pass to my Apple Wallet.

Jet Blue cancelled our flight, auto rebooked us to a different airport, different time and gave away our pre paid for seats all with our refund. Very disappointing!

Since my iPhone does not have 13.0 what good is the app . Can not open or do anything. Apple says I have the current 12.5.
