Data collection tested itself on the Apple Watch – Battery Grapher Review

I have a series 6 Apple Watch and I keep the app in the dock. I have noticed that the accuracy goes from very bad to bad to good and then after a couple of days it resets itself ) bi data shown in the graph). What could be causing this ?
