Never received my sign up bonus – Voyager: Buy BTC, ETH, SHIB Review

I signed up for the MAVS100 bonus, deposited $100 and bought BTC back in October but never got the bonus. Reached out multiple times and opened support tickets and have never got a response. Is Voyager a scam? What a joke. Thought I found a new exchange. Guess not.
