Account not approved after buying BTC and trying to send on my voyager account – Voyager: Buy BTC, ETH, SHIB Review

I hope they refund or do something about the account? Admin why was my account not approved after I deposited and waited for 5 business days for it to be cleared and I tried sending out and it’s was saying account or approved? I want to know why and the fix to this
