Used to love it – Evernote Scannable Review

How can this app be slower on a 2020 12.9 iPad Pro than it is on my iPad Air 3? It takes 5-10 seconds to capture/freeze a scan with the iPad Pro vs. 1-2 seconds on the iPad Air 3. How can this be?
