Strange functionality on personalized zones – Zero: Fasting & Health Tracker Review
I exercise a lot, like probably everyone here. But I also don’t have a lot of time for it so I break up my exercises throughout the day and night.
Here is where the trouble is: when I log my first workout, the app reflects a higher efficiency of fasting. Great. But subsequent logged exercises start taking away that efficiency.
So I’ll go from having a 30m more efficient fast with no exercise, to a four hour less efficient fast with logging three thirty minute workouts. It makes no sense, like a variable has been flipped to negative or something.
I like the app and will continue to use it, but the personalized zones functionality is not currently useful or intelligible for me.
