This app is incredible. It’s completely free, and it now has a function where it can track your streak of workouts each day and even build your own workout/HIIT timer. I use this in my everyday routine for a short burnout or as the main workout I do, and choose a longer set like 15-45 min. There’s one ad that pops up before each workout starts, but then you just click the “x” and start the workout. Not bothersome at all. Works with your music. Awesome, simple exercises with no equipment. I LOVE this app!
