I used to do CrossFit, boxing, 5-8 mile runs. And just 4 years later (and 5 kids) I’ve been SO out of shape. From my experience with fitness and training- I HIGHLY recommend this app to the novice and experienced alike! It is high intensity but also gives you time to rest between each rep. It works out your entire body. 5 stars for sure!

The only thing I’d change is more workouts and maybe the option to have the computer explain the exercises. The current videos work pretty well but it would be nice to have the exercises explained automatically if you want them
