Terrible website for purchasing – DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse Review

Not intuitive at all using the website to purchase. You can’t switch from in store pick to delivery in the cart. In order to switch you have to back out select the shoe again and at that time select shipping to your home and add that selection to your cart. Now you have 2 pairs of the same shoe in your cart and you have to delete one of the pairs. There’s other stuff with the payment screen as well that is difficult. Took way too long to buy on website. If I didn’t have a gift card I would have bought elsewhere.
