It’s ok, very negative, detailed, but negative. – SleepWatch - Top Sleep Tracker Review

Honestly the detail is ok, but also kind of wrong pretty often. Every day something is wrong and wholly off the mark. It also really just wants to give you a negative perception of your sleep unless you oversleep by far too much and you do worse every day, I’m surprised I’m not dead from the amount of sleep it says I don’t get, yet I feel perfectly rested and my perception of my sleep was quite good. So take what it says with a pinch of salt and don’t get too discouraged by its nagging. The O2 readings are abysmal, especially when you’re hooked up to a real machine and compare. It is easily 5-10% lower than it actually in reality is. Talk about driving paranoia. Anyway, if numbers and data don’t bother you and you know they’re pretty inaccurate it’s a fine app at least to see basic info. I wouldn’t rely on it for much though and I wouldn’t change my lifestyle because of it.
