Printer not working with or without this app – Epson iPrint Review

I didn’t have any problem printing on my epson printer until today. I called Epson Techn. for help and they encourage me to download this app, keep in mind that I used to print from my iphone without any app whatsoever. So I download the app and still the printer wouldn’t print. He ask me to download the document, but never stated where or what file I should downloaded it to. So I downloaded it first in icloud and went to the app and he told me to open document on the app which I did and to my surprise it was blank, the document didn’t download to app. He told me to try again which I did, but this time I downloaded it on Acrobat and still it didn’t show on the app document. Last thing he tells me is to restart my iphone to see if it will work afterwards. I told him that if I restart my phone I will lose contact with him. Then I realize that’s exactly what he wanted, since he can’t help me. What a techn. Stay away from this app which doesn’t work as well as Epson Techn. Support (562-276-4382), which was a waste of time, literally. I never resented my printer until now. I should of bought a brother printer. What was I thinking. ??
