Will not record anything – SleepWatch - Top Sleep Tracker Review

I have had this for a week and it’s does not seem to want to work. I checked the watch and it’s there. The phone say to wear the watch to bed. I did, still nothing. What am I missing??? My old Fitbit did a better job than this. Please advise.
