You can never reach support as a pro – Thumbtack for Professionals Review

I m new to this app and trying to get some leads for my newly open business. However, they keep sending me leads that requesting availability that is outside my business hours— I only have my availability open during the weekends,(I have my weekdays blocked, and setup the business hour in app as on open during weekends) but I have had leads sent to me ONLY asking to do jobs on Thursday Friday or other weekdays— but never work with weekends. So for the first week I spent almost $100 for them sending me leads that don’t work with my schedule, and I’m getting 0 business so far. The Most horrible part is— i tried to talk to someone, I texted, after asking language preference no one ever replies. I called, and they will just ask you to use text support, no other option— which you will never get any replies. You can never talk to someone from their support team on phone.
