4.5 functional, fairly priced and relatively easy to use – FastHabit Intermittent Fasting Review

I would give this app 4.5 if i could. i wanted an app that just kept track of my time - this does the trick. i would like it to sync across more than one device, a little more support on how to use the app would be nice in the beginning, and it would be helpful if you could have more control on ending a fast at a different time if plans change. my only other wish would be to know what the body is doing at each hour of the process and what of any effect exercise has. that said I’ve had at least some of that from other apps and they were WAYYYYY to noisy - so of the two types …. i prefer FH!! And there is no crazy monthly fee madness with FH which I like A LOT!! fairly priced and functional.
