Serial Number Problem – Dinosaur 4D+ Review

“Sorry, the serial Number you’ve entered has been registered in another devices, please deauthorize one of your devices to proceed”. How is this possible? It was a Christmas gift for my nephew. I opened the box. It was a New one and dosn’t Work. It’s awful!!!! Please, resolve this as soon as possible. Thanks!
