Amazing what you can do.. – BCU Mobile Banking Review

I am affiliated with BCU through my employer Target. Love the fact that you can open your account on demand and set up everything so quickly. No issues here. The only issue I have with the mobile app is when conducting transfers between accounts it times out or it takes so long. Just to load the transfer page. I have to close the app and go back in several times just to conduct a transfer. Debit card notifications. Can we say slow like a snail? Notifications are in accurate and not timely. Sometimes I get them a day or two later. It is not instant like it states it is. BCU there seems to be a bug in the system when it comes to transfers and debit card notifications. Please look into this because it is very frustrating. Also you are one of a handful of banks/CU who has not lifted the Red D the limit due to the pandemic. I transfer from my MMA and always get changed an excessive fee.
