Either nonfunctional or hard to use – Nintendo Switch Parental Cont… Review

I got this app and set up a two hour (per day) time limit for my child to use it. Apparently the time limit is optional. That is the stupidest default I can imagine. I set a time limit. Why would I want it to be optional?
