it’s convenient and the people that deliver the food are polite, helpful and genuinely nice. If you order something that was terrible, they will give you a credit/points for something else. Who does that?! They are very concerned about your order and will leave it directly with you or put it in a freezer bag that you can return later, at no charge. If someone complains, they would probably complain about Heaven! Happy in Santa Cruz, CA.
