Love this teacher! Love this app! – Yoga 101 Review

At a year later i still love this teacher! I have the yoga 101, 201 series and yoga quickies. That provide a consistent workout and instructions for safety and challenge. I have been able to safely recover from some injuries at my pace using these class apps. So worth your time and money!
