Front door camera video won’t show complete video – SimpliSafe Home Security App Review

Recently my camera video from the front doorbell will not show a complete video. Sort of defeats the purpose of having the system if video cannot be viewed. This has been a consistent problem since I’ve had the system for over a year now.
