Locked out of account – LINE Review

The Line app kicked my daughter out of her account with no way of resetting the password because I forgot which email I used to register it. Worst is that I can’t even sign up for a new account because it still recognizes her existing phone number. It’s 2021 so it’s boggling why we can’t authenticate just using a one time passcode against our phone number.
