Why no in-app Help? Tags Out of Control – OverDrive: eBooks & audiobooks Review

I'd rate this app 5 stars if it wasn't for the puzzling absence of in-app help and the fact that recently the app has begun cresting a refular tag every time I select a title to find out more information. I just had to laboriously delete 50 tags that I never chose to create.
