Why? – Hex Master (By Light Orange Productions) Review

It doesn't work. Pieces lock in before you are done with them, assuming you can even activate them in the first place. Then when they are locked you can't move them to complete the level and you have to quit. Not even a game. Seems more like a freshman level programming assignment.
