PSA – Thumbtack for Professionals Review

Please don’t chat with professionals unless you have done your research and is 100% sure you want to book with them or their business. This company be ripping businesses off. They charge businesses $10 every time a person contacts them through the app. If the person isn’t serious, they just lost $10. It adds up super quick. Imagine offering a service for $100 dollars and spending $100 just to get 1 client. I first learned of the app through google. Google doesn’t charge businesses $10 every time a person clicks on their website or download their app. I reached out to about 4 businesses regarding the service I needed. Eventually, I changed my mind. I no longer wanted the service done. This had nothing to do with the companies I contacted. Once, I learned how the app works on the other end, I felt bad. Imagine how many customers just like me reach out to companies on a daily basis. This is blasphemy!
