Frustrating – 4 Pics 1 Word Review

Have had this App since 2013 so obviously I really enjoy the App. Around Monday the app would count some of my steps, and stop. I keep a stepper tied to me constantly from morning to bedtime, today I've gone over 2 miles and it's showing 85 steps. I usually go 5 miles a day. I went out to the comment section and they encouraged me to type in for the chat. Then they told me I had to pay a dollar for an answer. Very disappointing needless to say I didn't pay a dollar for an answer to why my app stop tracking my steps past a certain amount. Looking for a Fix please!
