App Crashes on Bluetooth Login, TOTP Codes Invalid – Google Smart Lock Review

When trying to approve a login, the app just closes when I hit yes. The alternative login using the codes generated say the code is invalid no matter how many codes I generate. I thought this might be related to a different IP address through private relay, but disabling that still causes my desktop machine to fail to sign in without the hardware key. Basically this app is useless at the moment and it used to work pretty well :/
