Sonos tube cannot find my Sonos. Tried connecting with IP. – SonosTube Review

My Wifi is fine and so is my Sonos. Any suggestions? Deleted App and reinstalled as suggested in the email from Developer, but it still can’t find Sonos. Used IP still same issue. Paid the lifetime subscription and now I have no recourse.
