YouTube signin via google disabled

All of my playlists in YouTube is not available. Because google has disabled the app. Manual searching for songs and SonosTube playlist still works. Will up to 5 stars if they can fix this. It only broke with this update. UPDATE: SonosTube playlist is now missing all of the songs. Spent a long time adding them from YouTube and now nothing. Only way to use the app now is on the fly by searching and playing.

The app barely works, it bugs out all the time. I finally logged in and it won't load any playlists from my YouTube account. They do no maintaining it seems.

very useful app for using the youtube music on Sonos system. It is $5 for a lifetime license, which is no-brainer compared to $10/month you would have to pay on youtube. Plus, the possibility of streaming the YouTube music to your sonos system!!! I DEFINITELY SUGGEST! (THis is not a fake review)

Downloaded the the app, paid for the full version when the 2 day trial ended, and it worked properly for around 8 days. My iOS hasn’t varied since I downloaded & bought/installed the app, and I’m currently running the latest app version. WiFi Speed = 400gb fiber connection. Wifi router = 4 months old & all drivers are up to date. I’m never more than 15-20 feet tops, away from the router in my apartment. After the initial 8 or so days of purchasing the app and it properly functioning throughout that entire time, now I’m more often than not encountering glitches, e.g. universal video unplayability and complete app freezing when attempting to use several of the various features and functions built in. Returning search results does work, but every video from that list (short videos & long videos alike) perpetually load without ever playing. It’s no longer an app I can turn on and use as advertised. I’m not aiming to primarily rip ya’s a new one with this review. I want it to work! But... it’s like come aaaahn SonosTube tech team! You’ve got some serious potential looming for this app to be a successful smash hit. Obviously I can’t really speak to what’s preventing you from ironing out these kinks for so long, but please get the proper Dev’s on this - so your customers have reliable app access where these paramount functionality flaws get resolved. If the primary functiona of an app doesn’t properly work, it’s hard to make a case for any reviews over a 1 star rank. A FEW OF THE SPECIFIC PROBLEM AREAS FOR YOUR DEVELOPERS: -After I updated to your latest version available as of today, December 12th 2020, all videos now perpetually load & never play (Videos that are long or short, 1 minute -through- 45 minute length). Restarting my iPhone didn’t correct this either. -Prior to today’s update, when I would try to fast forward a video, it gets often gets stuck perpetually loading & never playing. -I try to refresh a video, it freezes up and refuses to play. -I try to quit the app, go in to airplane mode for a few minutes, then restart the app... but that never corrects all the glitchiness + freezing/unresponsiveness. -Restarting my iPhone X doesn’t help correct the apps disfunctions. Help, Devs! PLEASE!! Lets see a blue UPDATE button next to ya’s on the app store! But only if the update actually corrects all these pilar areas of app functionality. I don’t want to sit on the phone with my credit card company for 15-30 minutes, to explain why I’m requesting a refund due to the app’s primary feature dysfunctions.

Probably wouldn’t have brought Sonos products without this app. I have airplay products but since they are used as surrounds for the playbar I have limited choices.. SonosTube saved the day. No Adds, HD.. just fantastic.
