No way to contact support – Pop Art Dots Review

I tried to send the following on the developer's website but got an error "Failed to send your message. Please try again later or contact the administrator by another method". So here is "another method": I purchased the extra colors on my iPhone. I downloaded it to my iPad and no extra colors. The App store recognized it as an App I already owned, but the in app purchase is not showing up on my iPad. My granddaughter wants to play it on the iPad as she finds it too small to play on my iPhone. How do I get my in app purchase onto my iPad?
