Lumen is helping me stay aware and on top of how I can effectuate change in my body by hacking the system with working out and eating at the appropriate times and levels. Getting to see the instant and direct result from Lumen, due to small changes in my diet and exercise, keeps me excited to continue in my weight loss strategy. Very happy I discovered Lumen and will be gifting Lumen to people I love at Christmas!
