Won’t connect to network – Passport Parking Review

Can’t use this app anymore. It suddenly stopped connecting to any network I am on and will not connect through cellular at all. All my other apps are able to connect. Deleted app and reinstalled. Same problem. Glad I don’t pay for the app itself!
