This has helped me a lot – SnoreLab : Record Your Snoring Review

I have been using Snorelab to track my snoring as I have been working with a sleep dentist. It gives me a very good sense of my progress. We have a lot of background noise here from the furnace and cats, but the app let's me go through the night's recording and remove unrelated noises from the calculations.
